NEO Spa Control Diagnostic Guide
The NEO manuals route displayed errors to plumbing, heater flow, temperature, freeze protection, or one of three sensor circuits. They also state that the control has hazardous voltage and no user-serviceable parts.
Service and electrical boundary
Disconnect electrical power before service and keep the access door closed. Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician with proper grounding and Class A GFCI or RCD protection. Service Mode is reserved for authorized dealers and spa manufacturers.
Plumbing and flow messages

Clearing a displayed error
The error screens instruct the operator to press RETURN to clear. Clear the message only after the underlying plumbing, flow, temperature, or sensor condition has been corrected. A repeated message is evidence that the cause remains—not a reason to continue resetting.
Normal priming behavior
At power-up, the NEO enters Priming Mode. The panel leaves Priming Mode when RETURN is pressed or after four minutes without activity. During priming, pumps can be operated to establish circulation; this normal screen should not be confused with an error.
