What counts as an "active pool"?
An active pool is any customer property you're currently servicing. Cancelled customers, paused accounts, and inactive properties don't count toward your pool total.
Is the first month really free?
Yes! Your first month is completely free with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. After your free month, you'll only pay for the pools you're actively servicing.
Is the AI Receptionist really included?
Yes. Every plan includes our AI receptionist with 24/7 call handling, lead capture, and instant notifications. Each pool on your plan includes one AI call per month. For example, 50 pools = 50 included AI calls. Additional calls beyond your pool count are $2 each. Most customers never exceed their included calls.
