The NEO manuals state that the control contains hazardous voltage and no user-serviceable parts. Disconnect power before service, keep the access door closed, and use a licensed electrician or qualified service organization. Service Mode is limited to authorized dealers and spa manufacturers.
The NEO 1500 and NEO 2100 manuals share these operator-facing error screens, but their wiring and connected-load arrangements are not interchangeable. Confirm the control-pack model and its exact wiring diagram before service.
