Error Codes & Troubleshooting

Plumbing Error
Sensor 1 and Sensor 3 are connected to the wrong controller plugs; swap the two plugs as directed by the manual.
Insufficient Flow
No water flow through the heater, or no water in the heater; verify adequate water flow.
Low Flow
Verify adequate water flow through the heater.
Water Overheat
Water reached 110°F / 43°C; wait for the water to cool.
Heater Overheat
Heater reached 118°F / 48°C; wait for cooling and verify adequate flow through the heater.
Potential Freeze
Sensor 1, 2, or 3 detected low temperature; jets and blowers activate automatically until all three sensors reach the target temperature.
Sensor 1 / 2 / 3 Fault (Open)
Check the named sensor connection.
Sensor 1 / 2 / 3 Fault (Short)
Check the named sensor connection or replace that sensor.
