Use the web dashboard to manage your connections. API key settings are available to account owners and administrators.
Open Settings → Customer billing → Integrations for Zapier setup guidance and a link to API keys. Once access opens, configure your workflows in Zapier using that dedicated key.
The app is not yet publicly available in Zapier’s directory. The setup guide explains the planned connection and steps for invited testers once access opens. Contact our team if you are interested in testing.
Not yet. Technician calendar subscriptions and Google Calendar stop syncing are not available in PoolDial. The upcoming Zapier events listed here do not include stop scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellation.
A dedicated Read only API key can read trigger data and find customers. Actions that create or update records need a Read/write key. Owners and administrators can revoke a key from Settings → Developer.
Yes. The PoolDial API is available for custom connections built by your developer. Stripe and QuickBooks also have their own connection settings in the dashboard.
