Error Codes & Troubleshooting

App Not Starting
The Wi-Fi guide says to try mobile internet instead of Wi-Fi.
App Not Connecting
Close the app completely and relaunch it; if needed, log out and back in.
No Internet Connection
Power-cycle the OASIS with the manual’s one-minute off/on waits, then restart the router if needed.
Wi-Fi Reconfiguration
Delete the device, start Add New Device, reset Wi-Fi from OASIS User Control, join the WaterW temporary network, and reconnect it to a 2.4 GHz home network.
