Pooltrackr Review 2026: Route-to-Retail Pool Software for Australia and New Zealand

PoolTrackr app

Pooltrackr is an end-to-end platform for Australian and New Zealand pool service companies, stores, and franchises. It runs from the pool route to the retail counter, with water testing, device integrations, inventory, point of sale, and franchise controls. It fits AU/NZ businesses that need retail and testing-hardware depth. If you operate anywhere else, confirm availability before anything else.

I’m Parker Conley, the founder of PoolDial, which competes with Pooltrackr, so read this as a competitor’s review rather than an independent one. My personal take is labeled as opinion below.

What is Pooltrackr?

Pooltrackr combines field service with retail operations. Its chemical calculator connects water tests to dosage and product recommendations, and it syncs results from Palintest, SpinTouch, SpinLab, and Xpress Flex devices. Around that core it adds inventory, barcode scanning, automatic reordering, point of sale, Xero, Stripe, Lightspeed, analytics, white labeling, and franchise controls. Features

Fluidra acquired 100% of Pooltrackr on May 7, 2025. Pooltrackr’s public site and signup say it is currently available in Australia and New Zealand. Fluidra discussed a planned US launch in early 2026 in its FY2025 results call, so confirm current availability directly. Fluidra acquisition

Pooltrackr pricing

Pooltrackr’s Australia and New Zealand pricing page displays $66 a month for its Field plan with one technician and one administrator. Its public text does not show a currency label or added-user prices, and no US price is shown. Treat the figure as a listed starting price, not a quote.

Strengths and tradeoffs

Where Pooltrackr is strong

  • Inventory, barcode scanning, automatic reordering, and equipment tracking
  • Point of sale, Xero, Stripe, Lightspeed, billing, and debtor management

For an Australian or New Zealand pool shop or franchise group, Pooltrackr has a deep toolkit. Features · Fluidra acquisition

Tradeoffs to check

  • Its public site and signup say it is available only in Australia and New Zealand
  • Fluidra planned a US launch in early 2026, but the public signup still lists only those two markets
  • Its public pricing text shows no currency label, added-user prices, or US price
  • Its listed accounting integration is Xero, so confirm the fit with the system your bookkeeper uses
  • The public review sample is small: 33 responses as of August 12, 2026, and Google Play showed no public score

Much of its depth is retail and franchise tooling. A service-only route should check whether it needs that scope.

Public reviews

4.1

Capterra 4.5 (4 reviews) · Australian App Store 3.6 (29 ratings)

33 responses across both platforms

A snapshot checked August 12, 2026 on Capterra and Apple’s Australian App Store; Google Play did not display a public rating. 4.1 is a simple equal-platform average. Four Capterra reviews and 29 app ratings provide context, not a decisive verdict.

Founder’s take

Pooltrackr deserves a look for Australian or New Zealand businesses running stores, inventory, point of sale, testing hardware, or franchises. It is a credible choice there, and Fluidra now owns it.

For American companies and operators beyond Australia and New Zealand, I recommend PoolDial today, because it is available in those markets now. Fluidra planned a US launch in early 2026, but Pooltrackr’s current public signup still says only Australia and New Zealand, so confirm that rollout directly. My view is based on documented market access and positioning, not firsthand migration evidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use Pooltrackr in the United States?

Not based on its public site as of this writing. Pooltrackr’s signup says it is available in Australia and New Zealand. Fluidra, which owns Pooltrackr, planned a US launch in early 2026, so confirm current availability, currency, and support directly before you plan around it.

How much does Pooltrackr cost?

Pooltrackr’s AU/NZ pricing page displays $66 a month for its Field plan with one technician and one administrator. Its public text does not show a currency label or added-user prices, and larger teams need an Enterprise quote. Prices checked August 12, 2026.

Does Pooltrackr integrate with water-testing devices?

Yes. Pooltrackr syncs results from Palintest, SpinTouch, SpinLab, and Xpress Flex devices and connects water tests to chemical calculations and dosage recommendations.

How are Pooltrackr’s reviews?

The sample is small. On August 12, 2026, Pooltrackr showed 4.5 from four Capterra reviews and 3.6 from 29 Australian App Store ratings, while Google Play showed no public score. That is context, not a decisive verdict.

Is Pooltrackr or PoolDial better for a US pool company?

As PoolDial’s founder, I recommend PoolDial for American companies today, because Pooltrackr’s public signup still lists only Australia and New Zealand. For an AU/NZ pool shop or franchise that needs retail, inventory, point-of-sale, and testing-device depth, Pooltrackr is the stronger fit.
