Here is how to cancel your Housecall Pro subscription.

Log in to Housecall Pro. Go to housecallpro.com and sign into your account.
Export your data first. Go to Settings, then look for a data export or backup option. Download your clients and job history as a CSV.
Go to Settings. Click your name or the gear icon in the top right.
Open the Billing section. Find your subscription plan details.
Cancel your plan. Click "Cancel Plan" or "Downgrade" and follow the prompts. Housecall Pro may ask you to contact support to complete the cancellation.
Contact support if needed. Some users report needing to reach out to the support team to fully cancel. Use the chat widget or email.
Save the confirmation. Keep a copy of your cancellation confirmation email.
