Error Codes & Troubleshooting

Broken Waterfall Sheet
CMP troubleshooting says debris in the lip, burrs on LED waterfall supports, or incorrect GPM can cause breaks in the sheet instead of smooth flow.
LED Only Red Or Blue
CMP troubleshooting points to an incorrect transformer or crossed controller-to-waterfall wiring; the listed top-to-bottom wire sequence is white, black, green, red.
Restricted Water Flow
CMP notes fine debris can build up on the screen over time and impede flow; the rock trap is still recommended to catch pipe debris.
