What is The Dip App?

The Dip App is a pool service management platform based in Santa Clara, California, with iOS and Android apps and a web dashboard. It covers scheduling, customer management, chemical tracking with LSI calculations, invoicing, payments, and route optimization through its Smart Routes tool.

It also has a customer-facing side. Pool owners invited by their service company can download the app, view chemical readings and service history, receive notifications, and pay invoices.
