Customer Support Specialist

You will be the first person dedicated to helping PoolDial customers succeed.

What you would do

• Handle customer conversations in Intercom and email
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate bugs to the founder or engineering
• Help new customers get set up and comfortable with PoolDial
• Turn repeated questions into simple help docs and macros
• Gather feedback and spot patterns in what customers are asking for

What you should bring

• Strong written English and clear, calm communication
• Experience with SaaS customer support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Help Scout, or similar
• Comfort working directly with small business owners and technicians
• A bias toward writing things down and improving processes, not just closing tickets
