How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a link to create a new password.
How do I add a new technician to my account?
Go to Settings > Team in your dashboard. Click "Add Team Member" and enter their email address. They'll receive an invitation to join your account.
How do I set up call forwarding?
Your PoolDial phone number is shown in Settings > AI Receptionist. Forward your business line to this number through your phone carrier or VoIP provider.
Can I use PoolDial offline?
Yes! The mobile app works offline. Complete stops and log services without internet - everything syncs automatically when you're back online.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription." Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings > Account and click "Export Data." You'll receive a download link with all your customer, route, and service data.
