How to Change a Technician's Name

1. Open Settings from the sidebar
Open the sidebar and click Settings at the bottom of the navigation.
2. Click Team in settings
Under the Business section, click Team to manage your team members.
3. Click the action menu on a team member
Find the team member whose name you want to update. Click the ⋯ menu on the right side of their row.
4. Click Edit Name
Click Edit Name from the action menu.
5. Enter the new first and last name
Enter the technician's first and last name in the fields provided.
6. Click Save to apply the name change
Click Save to apply the changes. The updated name will appear immediately in the team list.
